Contact the Deanery Careers Team via PG Medical Careers if you wish to refer a doctor with career difficulties for an in-depth career review meeting, to run a career planning workshop or event for your trainees or to seek support and advice with the “career helping” aspect of your role. The following forms are helpful for providing us with some background, but if completing them proves inhibiting or sensitive for a trainee then they are not essential, as long as we have contact details for the trainee and a brief outline about the reasons for referring them for spacialist help.
