Tools For Trainers
The Wales Deanery has set up a programme aimed at professionalising the role of clinical and educational supervisors. This programme is entitled Supervising the Route to Excellence.
This is a key element in the deanery's commitment to delivering high quality medical education and training. The deanery recognises that the key to achieving excellence in postgraduate medical training and education is the provision of support for consultants in their educational roles.
One element of this support is the provision of the Tools for Trainers Course for supervisors. The launch of these e-modules is one strand of this work.
