Venue: The Dental Teaching Unit, Leith House, Pontypridd Road, Porth, CF39 9PH
The Open Evening offers dental nurse prospective students the opportunity to find out more about the 'Certificate of Higher Education in Dental Nursing'. You will also have the opportunity to:
- meet the staff who will be on hand to give you information and answer all your questions
- find out about the financial support available to students
- find out more about other support you may need
- find out about the IT facilities
The Programme will include a demonstration of the computer-controlled Human Patient Simulator which has been found to be the best option for a wide range of healthcare disciplines including dental nursing. This human patient simulator is already used in the teaching programme to train dental nurses.
